To build a National Cancer Center, in Memory of the people's leader, the late Bisheshwor Prasad Koirala, to adopt research methodologies for the prevention and treatment of cancer and to prepare capable manpower so that the country can be self sufficient in providing quality treatment and respite to people suffering from this dreaded disease.
